The text expands on binders such as Zaehnsdorf, Riviere, Morell, De Coverly, Fazakerly, Chivers, Sangorski and Sutcliffe, Mercier, Cockerell, as well as a number of individual, private binders such as Miss Adams, Miss McColl, Alice Patterson, Maude Nathan.
