Red cloth lettered in black Copyright states 1921 but this is the somewhat later Grosset reissue. 414 pp. plus publisher's ads at rear with 30 Burroughs titles listed, this title listed last. Four illustrated plates by St. John . A tight, generally fine example, small smudge bottom edge of front cover and previous owner's name and address on front pastedown. In the color illustrated dust jacket with rear panel advertising Burrough's novels (32 titles) and with a small square photo of the author. Jack has some modest rubbing at the folds, modest waer at corners and spine ends. Old interior tape repairs do not show through. Quite a nice example overall. fine / very good. Item #E7632B
