Fine in dust jacket with wear to the extremities. In the early part of the 20th century, access to Manhattan form the New Jersey side was only by water. Then a Georgia lawyer named William Gibbs McAdoo created the Hudson & Manhattan Railway, built the Hudsons Tubes and then persuaded the Pennsylvania Railroad to get into the act.
