Unpaginated (aprox 200 pp.) Full facsimile reissue of the Library of Congress archive copy of then 1906 edition of the regimental history printed by the 65th New York Infantry Veterans Association for their annual dinner. It consists of rare photographic images of members of the Duryee Zouaves as they appeared durig the Civil War, or, when images were not available, in photos of them from around 1905. The regiment was known as the 5th New York Infantry Regiment when it was formed in April, 1861 by Col. (later Major-General) Abram Duryee in Manhattan. Fine. Item #E30665
