With the large folding map tipped in at first page of text. A tight, very good example. spine strip moderately and evenly rubbed but gilt lettering clear, touch of waer at tips. Map is a bit unevenly folded and with a short separation at one fold. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Item #E2570
