A generally clean copy, corner chip to the rear cover as well as some soiling. Interior clean and unmarked. Provides a general history of the game, The Amercan Ping-Pong Association, the author's opinion non the future of the game and three possible champions, and with chapters on equipment, the science of play, strokes, best practice methods, "do's and dont's" of advanced play, ping-pong for ladies, organizing and running a tournament, and the laws of the game.
