Orange Times Vol. 2 No. 001 (Stanley Kubrick's Clockwork Orange) promotional supplement

N. pl. 1972. Softcover. Folio tabloid of 8 pp., folded, on newspaper stock, illustrated in color. "Spring/Summer 1972" on masthead (has also been seen without this line). Promotional piece issue to publicize the nationwide release of Kubrick's controversial film. It contains a long review of the film by John E. Fitzgerald (with the note that Fitzgerald was fired by the Catholic Church's "Our Sunday Visitor" publication for naming it as one of the year's 10 best films despite it having received a "C" (Condemmed) rating). There is an interview with Kubrick, various editorials and critical review comments and the piece is illustrated with color photographs and reproductions. Quite scarce due it its ephemeral nature. Very good, some embrowning to the open edges. Very Good. Item #E21552
