Twelve individual parts in printed, engraved wrappers, bound together in fine, modern brown cloth with gilt lettered spine label, retaining the original wrappers. Complete with all full page engravings taken from views by James Smillie, maps and plates of architectural details. Advertising slip for the entire series dated 1851 tipped in at beginning of part 4. Bound in between parts 11 and 12 of Green-Wood (the famed Brooklyn cemetery) is a section dated 1847 titled "Mount Auburn". Edges uncut, foxing to the plates, a crescent shaped inner top corner stain, not affecting the text, to the final few leaves. Very Good. Item #E19585
