Rounding and chipping to the corners not affecting the text. Congress justifies the declaration of war against Great Britian; the final four pages consist of a table of exports (tobacco, fish, naval stores, lumber, etc.) from the United State to all parts of the world and , specifically, to France and to England and her colonies, for the years 1800-1811.
