Some wear along edges. Photo plate 13/14 has a piece aprox 1/2" x 2 " missing from the bottom, otherwise interior clean. Many photographs taken during the construction of the Bear Mountain Hudson River Bridge. Roebling was the premier construction wire producer in the late 19th and early 20th centuries; most famously, they were the engineers of the Brooklyn Bridge and were still leaders in the field when they provided the cable for the George Washington Bridge in 1931-32.
