An unusually nice example, tight and clean with minimal rubbing at the spine. 1890 date and ownership signature top corner of title page. Two pages have corner crease.  The classic illustrated guide book to the Jersey Shore from Sandy Hook and The Highlands to Baregat Bay and Atlantic City and the Pine Barrens region to the west. One of the nicest copies we have seen.
