There is also an appendix " An Account of the Plague in London and Some Extracts from the Writings of Pious and Eminent Men, against the Entertainments of the Stage, and Other Vain Amusements". The binding is well worn and rubbed and with some loss at the head of the spine. Lacking front blanks (so that the title page is the first leaf to appear). Heavy offsetting about the edges of the title page which also bears a contemporary ink notation or signature "George Washington" and one other word. Occasional stains to the text.
