Three first hand narratives of the American Revolution action Groton Fort and the subsequent sacking and burning of New London, Connecticut on September 6, 1781. The British forces were commanded by Benedict Arnold, after his desertion of the American army at West Point. Interior mostly bright with occasional light foxing; the hardcovers have residue from a removed spine sticker of an historian's private library, no other interior markings.
